Machining of Parts to Drawings

NTP Technology provides machining services for parts manufactured to technical drawings, working with a wide range of materials and following a clear quality control process. We support projects from prototypes and sample parts through to mass production.

Machining of Machine Parts – The Foundation of Every Mechanical System

Machine parts are the components that make up industrial equipment and systems. Each part has its own function and must precisely meet requirements for dimensions, tolerances, materials and assembly compatibility to ensure stable and reliable operation of the entire system.

At NTP Technology, we provide machining services based on technical drawings, meeting the requirements of various industries through clearly defined production and quality control processes.

What Is Machine Part Machining?

Machine part machining is the process of manufacturing mechanical components from various materials according to technical drawings.

Depending on the shape and requirements of each product, the machining process may combine a range of technologies, including:

  • CNC milling.
  • CNC turning.
  • Drilling and tapping.
  • Grinding.
  • Wire EDM.
  • Thread machining.
  • Finishing and surface treatment.

The goal is to produce parts that meet the specified technical requirements and are ready for assembly or use.

Frequently Asked Questions

I only have a PDF drawing. Can I still request a quotation?

Yes. A PDF drawing is usually sufficient for us to carry out a preliminary assessment and prepare a quotation. If additional data is required for production, we will discuss this with the customer.

Do you accept small-volume orders?

Yes. We accept projects ranging from prototypes and sample parts to mass-production orders, depending on the specific requirements of each project.

Do you provide surface treatment and heat treatment?

Yes. Depending on the technical requirements, we can coordinate suitable surface treatment or heat treatment processes.

Request a Quotation

To ensure a quick and accurate assessment, please provide:
